Our cookies never store any personal or financial information. Most web browsers automatically accept cookies. Before you can place an order on our website, you must first register using our registration form. During your registration we collect the following information: your name, billing and shipping address, and contact information. Once you have completed the registration process, you may then order items from us. When you place an order we collect the following information: items purchased and shipping information. If you pay by credit card, your credit card information is passed using an encrypted, secure internet connection (SSL) to our payment processing gateway. At no point is your credit card information stored in a file or in our database.

We may provide information to one of our service providers (e.g. shipping carriers such as UPS or the U.S.P.S) but they may not use that information for any other purpose.

Eye Help Animals employs security measures to protect the loss, misuse, or alteration of the information under our control. Our web website encrypts your credit card number prior to transmission over the Internet using secure socket layer (SSL) encryption technology and we do not store your credit card number in any file or in our database at any time during or after the online sales process. We do store the last 4 digits of credit card numbers on the orders we process for reference purposes only.
